→I can't remember my Password. What should I do?
You can enter either your User ID or your 16 or 19 digit Card number. Once entered, you will be able to create a new password. You will be required to enter card information and personal information for security purposes in order to create a new password.
→Can I change my Password at any time?
Yes,log into your Account and go to "My Profile" where you can update your password and other personal information.
→Are there any requirements or restrictions for password creation?
Yes. Requirements are provided during the password reset process. The Password you create should be something easy for you to remember but is not easy for somebody else to assume. It's recommended to use something personal about yourself that nobody would know.
